This classic shingle style house is on over 100 private ocean front acres, with only two other houses on the property. The house is 150 feet from the open ocean, an expanse of the classic Maine rocky shoreline as far as the eye can see.

Access to walking along the shore and the water is a very gentle slope from the lawn. Sitting on the edge of the ocean shore is a stone patio with outdoor furnishings. Just a few steps along the shore, tucked in the trees is a playhouse, perfect for a reading or napping or a good place to really get away.
